Stamptastic Friends share fancy fold cards

Hello there and welcome to our monthly hop which will now be the Stamptastic Friends blog hop, previously known as Friends of SUBA. We’ve got a brand new blog header and we are stepping up this month and sharing fancy fold card ideas.  I am using one of the new Halloween stamp sets with a double diamond fold card.

Boo to you fancy fold card

This is such a fun set if you have young children and this little fella below reminds me of the Disney Monsters Inc characters ! To find out how to make a double diamond fancy fold card I went to one of my favourite websites – Pinterest.  I adapted the measurements to suit the stamped images in this set and got creating.  It really is just a few score lines and some folding and the template is ready to be decorated. I stamped the images and coloured them in with the watercolouring pencils and finished off with a blender pen.  The Stampin’ Blends would work just as well but if you’re crafting with little ones I’d recommend the pencils. I finished off the little monsters by adding the googly eyes and they come in different colours….

Trick or treat bag idea

If you are new to crafting and just fancy making some little trick or treats for Halloween then you could fill our cellophane bags with some goodies. Next stamp an image onto a label and get your little ones to colour them in and tie them to the filled bags !
