.This month’s theme is Crafty Cuppa and Mother’s Day.
What is Crafty Cuppa?
It’s a monthly event currently only at Claypole Village Hall which anyone in the local area can drop in to. This event is an opportunity for any level of crafter to come along and experience Stampin’ Up! products. I run this event with Claire and our aim is to reach out to the local village communities.
What do I do at Crafty Cuppa?
You get to chat with friendly faces, try something new all whilst having a cuppa, some cake and be creative. Each month is a different theme and you will make 1 or 2 cards depending on what I design. Find out more by clicking here and see the upcoming session dates.
I couldn’t resist a selfie and if you look carefully at the stage I had a helper as my son was on half term. He helped carry everything in, get set up and spent the rest of his time watching a film on the iPad.
Anyway back to Crafty Cuppa and Mother’s Day !
This month’s card
We all love our mums and furthermore I’m a mum myself so it’s nice to have a day of recognition. I will appreciate a cuppa in bed when I wake up and a card off my munchkins then if I’m really lucky they will make me dinner with Daddy. I will be visiting my mum on the day and I will be making another card especially for her. If your mum is no longer with us or you have a difficult relationship then I’m sending you a virtual hug.

The stamp sets used for the above card were Heart Happiness , Letters For You and the hostess stamp set from the Spring Summer catalogue which you can find in my online shop if you wanted a more detailed look. The colours used are Berry Burst, Pink Pirouette and Night of Navy.
