Happy Sunday evening to you all – how’s your weekend been? Today has been a day of housework, school uniform washing and homework ! However, yesterday was much more fun team training with my immediate team and some of my upline’s team.

What is team training?

Once a quarter Zoe invites her immediate team and their downlines along for a day of crafting intertwined with some business tips. Each time she asks different people to do a project demonstration or run a business related session.

Team training swaps

We all design a swap to share with the other team members attending. It can be any project you like; card, 3D project or even a scrapbook page. I went straight to my current favourite product suite, Birthday Bonanza. At the end of this blog post I will share a list of the products I’ve used should you want to buy them and try having a go yourself.

I made one card and then copied the same design but I changed the colour of each card base for those featured in this product suite. My favourite is Bermuda Bay and everyone at team training delighted in picking their favourite colour too. Which one is your favourite?

I ran a session on using Instagram for your Stampin’ Up! business which proved to be quite popular and everyone took some actions away with them.

Caroline on my team, very bravely, did her first demonstration to us all at the team training and she loved it. I was really impressed as she created a bookmark which highlighted how versatile Stampin’ Blends are for colouring. I now need to get an order placed so I can play more at home with them.

Team challenge

Finally, Zoe set a 20 minute challenge to create a card using the above “ingredients” scroll to see how I used the Peaceful Poppies elements. We could also use the Label Me Bold stamp set, Poppy Red/ Memento Black ink pads and some white ribbon.
