Stamptastic Friends blog hop wording in blue and pink font

It’s that time of the month to hop with my Stamptastic Friends and we are using the theme: autumn colours today. I am taking my inspiration from the Harvest Meadow product suite.

Simple stamping card steps

This card simply requires random stamping of the images along the bottom half of the card. You will need a coloured cardbase measuring 14.9cm by 21cm which is scored at 10.5cm along the 21cm side. Then follow these steps:

  1. Cut a vanilla card layer measuring 13.9cm by 9.5cm (you will need another one for the inside of the card)
  2. Start with stamping the leaves along the bottom in Soft Succulent along the vanilla layer.
  3. Next stamp the larger flower in Bumble Bee above the leaves and try to ensure that each edge has a partially stamped flower. If you look at my card below you can see how I have an incomplete flower on each side edge.
  4. Randomly stamp the with the bud image and Calypso Coral ink inbetween the flowers and leaves.
  5. The final step is to add a little greeting if you want one – mine is ‘hello’ stamped in Misty Moonlight

Final steps

Meanwhile take a look at your layer and decide whether you need to add any extra images anywhere if you feel there are some gaps. After that cut a piece of copper foil sheet measuring 14.4cm by 10cm and glue this to your card base. Mount the stamped layer on top of the copper layer using Stampin’ dimensionals.
