This month’s hop is all about sharing our favourite Stampin’ Up! tool and I think it is fair to say we all have lots of favourites so choosing one is not easy ! 3 reasons why I love my mini cut and emboss machine

Reason 1

By using dies this machine precisely cuts and embosses in detail every time. The 2 new ladies at my Crafty Cuppa class this week felt able to use it confidently straight away. Below is the card they created using the Sunshine & Rainbows sale-a-bration designer series paper. If you missed out on these papers you could substitute with any DSP and my recommendation would be the Sweet Symmetry papers

Reason 2

As its name suggests the machine is compact and lightweight. This makes it easy to move from place to place and store away in the smallest craft spaces. I love taking mine away if we are on holiday or even to take for use at classes.

Reason 3

This perhaps the most important one of all since purchasing my mini cut and emboss machine I have barely used my big one as so many Stampin’ Up! dies work with the mini. This means I’m quicker at making my cards but can really step up my designs using the detailed dies and embossing folders. Check out the cute little clouds cut using the mini machine for the card.

If you have a paper copy of the catalgoue the die images have a little “mini ” icon to indicate that they are suitable for the mini. However, when looking online, the product detail will tell you that it is compatible with the mini cut and emboss machine.
